Dividends

Our primary long-term mechanism of returning capital to our shareholders

ARC pays a quarterly dividend to shareholders. Our dividend is designed to grow with the underlying profitability of the business and be sustainable during extended periods of low commodity prices.  With a focus on value-creation, the dividend is a key component of our strategy.

On November 6, 2024, ARC’s Board of Directors approved a 12% increase to the quarterly dividend. Learn more >
